Who handles your data
This site belongs to Filipa Taborda, architect, and she is the controller of any personal data collected here. For anything to do with this page, write to arquitectura@filipataborda.com.
What this site collects
Very little.
Server logs. The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any server, Netlify automatically records the requests it receives: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the type of browser. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. These logs are held by Netlify under its own policy; Filipa does not read them or combine them with anything else.
Messages. If you write to the address above, your email and whatever you put in it sit in her inbox like any other message. They stay while the conversation is live and are deleted afterwards.
What this site does not do
- it uses no cookies at all, so there is no banner for you to accept
- it has no analytics and no visitor counter
- it does not follow you or build profiles
- it carries no advertising
- it shares and sells data to nobody
- the typefaces and images are hosted on the site itself, so opening this page makes no request to Google or anyone else
Who else touches it
Netlify, Inc., based in San Francisco in the United States, which hosts the site. Data is therefore transferred outside the European Union. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, approved by Implementing Decision 2021/914.
Your rights
You can ask to see any data held about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict what is done with it, to object to the processing, or to take it with you. Write to arquitectura@filipataborda.com and you will have an answer within one month.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt.
If this changes
The date at the top of this page changes with it.
